Product images are for representation. Models, colours, features, specifications, availability and packaging may change. Please confirm the exact model and specification with our showroom before purchase. LG and related product names and marks belong to their respective owner.

Prices, promotional offers, finance options, exchange benefits and availability may change without notice and may vary by model or eligibility. A quotation is not final until confirmed by Satlej Enterprise. Typographical or display errors may be corrected.
4. Orders and payments
An enquiry or WhatsApp message does not by itself create a confirmed order. Orders are confirmed after product availability, price, payment and delivery details are accepted by the showroom. Payment should be made only through payment methods officially communicated by Satlej Enterprise.
5. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and depend on stock, location, access, product type and authorised service availability. Customers should provide an accurate address and ensure suitable site access, electrical connection and installation conditions.
6. Cancellations, returns and damage
Cancellation, replacement or return eligibility depends on the product condition, invoice terms, applicable law and relevant LG or showroom policy. Visible transit damage or missing items should be reported promptly at delivery, preferably before installation or use.
7. Warranty and service
Manufacturer warranty is provided according to the terms applicable to the specific LG model. Warranty registration, installation and repairs may be handled through authorised LG channels. Satlej Enterprise does not extend manufacturer warranty beyond the written terms unless separately confirmed in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Satlej Enterprise is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website interruption, reliance on outdated information, third-party services or product use contrary to manufacturer instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
